Driven by her enthusiasm for life’s ugly sides, TOXISCHE POMMES parodies social phenomena and enjoys exposing them where it hurts. In addition to her satirical short videos—for which she was awarded the Austrian Cabaret Prize in 2024 and the Bavarian Cabaret Prize in 2025—she performs on various stages throughout the German-speaking world.

In 2024, her debut novel *Ein schönes Ausländerkind* was published by Zsolnay. Following *Ketchup, Mayo & Ajvar*, she is currently on tour with her second solo stage show, *Wunschlos unglücklich*.
A staunch Marxist and left-wing activist unexpectedly inherits an apartment in an old building and plunges into a deep crisis. Having fallen victim to her bourgeois fate, the class traitor has no choice but to question her previous convictions and search for a new meaning in life within the four walls of her newly inherited home.
“Wunschlos unglücklich” is a funny play by someone who knows nothing about theater, for people who don’t care for theater.
