Futures grow here
Your prototypes will become part of the participatory installation “Shared Grounds” at the Futurium Lab.
Together, you’ll dive into the hidden world beneath your feet: You’ll discover surprising facts about soil health and use the method of futures prototyping to develop your own vision for a sustainable future.
Whether you send a robot mole on a hunt for microplastics, grant the soil new rights, or design an entirely new plant world—this workshop is all about building, drawing, crafting, and tinkering! Creative materials, probing questions, and an open-minded approach to future topics create spaces where everyone can unfold and bring their ideas to life.
What is an Open Lab Evening?
Every Thursday, things get creative at the Lab. You’ll learn methods like Design Thinking and Future Storytelling, try out 3D printers and laser cutters, and get a behind-the-scenes look at Lab projects. There’s something new every week.
