Europes biggest event for mental health, psychedelic science, wellness, festival and human flourishing.

From 15 to 17 May 2026, the Founding Edition of TRYP EXPO will take place at Funkhaus Berlin. At its core is human flourishing, the question of how people can lead a good life over the long term, both individually and as part of society: mentally healthy, connected, capable of action, and resilient. TRYP EXPO creates a space in which evidence based insights, perspectives from care and practice, and broader social experience come together, and where the potential future upside of research can be examined in full consideration of potential risks.

What is emerging here goes beyond a traditional expo. Research meets practice, culture meets the public. Not as separate disciplines, but as interconnected systems that open up new perspectives and a deeper awareness of health.

At the center is a question of growing relevance: How can people, both individually and as a society, lead lives over the long term that remain mentally healthy, connected, and capable of action? In this format, scientific insight meets lived experience, dialogue, and cultural practice.

Over the course of three days, a multi layered experiential space will unfold at Funkhaus Berlin. In the Shedhalle, companies and initiatives from mental health, prevention, coaching, psychedelic research, longevity, and functional nutrition will present current developments. The program is complemented by a biohacking and longevity stage as well as a curated line up of more than 80 speakers.

Among those taking part are Norman Ohler, Nina Brockmann, Eva Kaczor, and Thimon von Berlepsch. The program is further enriched by voices from Indigenous contexts such as the Huni Kuin and Yawanawá, as well as by collective formats such as the Soneiro Collective.

At the same time, spaces open up in which knowledge becomes immediately tangible. More than 45 formats explore the body, the nervous system, and perception, ranging from breathwork and somatic practices to sound based and integration focused experiences. The Wellness World forms the physical counterbalance to the discourse. Sauna landscapes, ice bathing, and curated recovery formats create an environment for regulation, integration, and restoration.

In the evening, the perspective shifts. Music, sound, and performance carry the themes further and translate them into a collective experience. With artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, moments emerge in which culture and consciousness are newly brought into connection.

With more than 15,000 expected attendees, TRYP EXPO positions itself as one of Europe’s most relevant new formats at the intersection of mental health, psychedelic science, wellness, festival and human flourishing.
