Openair concert

Die Höchste Eisenbahn is back. And in 2025, they sound like what people in 1925 imagined 1999 would be like—full of skyscrapers and flying steam carriages. All it takes is half a song live to remember exactly why these four Berliners have been so loved—and so missed.

Six years of silence. That’s a long time, though from a band’s perspective it passed quickly—between COVID and various solo projects.

Max Schröder made music with his friend Olli Schulz, Francesco Wilking was busy with the Crucchi Gang, and Moritz Krämer worked with Die traurigen Hummer and Die feige Schönheit. Felix Weigt has since become a podcaster and had almost given up on music entirely.

And now—suddenly—a major tour in autumn.

And did someone say “new music”?

Even if it doesn’t quite sound like it yet: for Die Höchste Eisenbahn, 2025 might be even more exciting than kissing.
