In the beginning, however, very little information about Jungle was available: The band members were referred to as “J” and “T,” without ever showing their faces. Now, we know who’s behind the phenomenon. School friends Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland founded Jungle in 2013 and immediately attracted international attention with their self-titled debut album.
Community and collaboration have always been at the forefront of Jungle’s work—instead of featuring themselves, their music videos are always collaborations with a loose collective of dancers and choreographers.
The duo also sought support for their live performances from the very beginning and now perform with a seven-piece lineup.
In 2024, Lydia Kitto became an official member of the band after having been part of the live band for many years.
As a trio, Jungle will release their highly anticipated new album “Sunshine” in August 2026 and embark on a worldwide arena tour spanning multiple continents.
The tour promises to be quite the spectacle! A Jungle show is less of a conventional concert and more of an endless party.
The infectious energy of the songs, the chemistry among the band members, and the exciting soundscape blending vocals and live instruments make every concert a pure declaration of love for music.
In November of this year, Jungle, supported by Rio Kosta, will bring the party to Germany for three exclusive shows, one of which will, of course, be in Berlin.
