Your evening, your time to unwind – discover the gentle power of intermittent fasting in a cozy gathering of women.
For Dinner Canceling, we’ll skip the traditional dinner this evening and instead enjoy a soothing organic fasting tea together. In this way, we give our bodies a gentle break overnight and get to know the beneficial practice of intermittent fasting.
In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, we create space for sharing, inspiration, and connection. We’ll discuss nutrition, habits, and small changes in our daily lives that can bring more ease, balance, and mindfulness—as well as what moves and concerns us in our everyday lives.
An evening to pause, recharge, and enjoy together—light, warm, and connecting.
Our small groups (max. 8 people) create a warm, supportive space for you to try intermittent fasting at your own pace while feeling well-supported.
Many participants value fasting as an opportunity to:
· Develop a deeper awareness of hunger and satiety cues
· Find greater mental clarity and inner peace
· Create space for self-reflection and greater body awareness
· Support the development of healthier routines and eating habits
· To feel lighter, more focused, and more connected to your own body
