A weekend dedicated to American automotive culture
On the last weekend of August, Diedersdorf Castle transforms into a time machine: The American Dream comes alive amidst the likes of Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and Johnny Cash – with plenty of good cheer and gleaming chrome.
At the "US Car Classics," one highlight follows another: from the sporty Chevrolet Camaro and the elegant Corvette to classics like the Pontiac Firebird and Cadillac El Camino – a paradise for fans of vintage cars and American car culture.
The entire grounds are transformed into a miniature German "Route 66," where around 1,200 US cars and motorcycles create a true highway feeling.
And there's stylish fashion for rockabillies and rockabellas to complete the look.
Because good food is an integral part of the American lifestyle, everything here revolves around true grilling artistry: Together with the German Barbecue Association, the "US Car Classics" are bringing the BBQ Masters 2026 to Diedersdorf – featuring the best grilling teams in the region.
In short: lots of chrome, lots of taste and plenty of joie de vivre – a weekend that tastes like summer, freedom and rock 'n' roll.
