With the KLANGLANDSCHAFTEN (Sound Landscapes) in 2019, a cultural event has been created for the first time north of Berlin in the state of Brandenburg, which uniquely combines artistic creativity and an intensive experience of nature.

The "KLANGLANDSCHAFTEN" are at the same time a music festival, sensual experience space and knowledge transfer.
They raise awareness of the beauty of and threats to nature on our own doorstep and thus make the global tangible in the local. They offer space for already existing works from musical modernism and initiate the emergence of new formats.
The 3rd edition of the "Soundscapes" from June 24 to 26, 2022, is themed "Endangered Zones of Forest and Meadow."
Once again, the program combines concerts - including some world premieres - and sound installations, landscape compositions and audio walks with nature tours, lectures and films.
