People spend the summer in Lisbon, study in Brazil, visit family in Vietnam and work mobile from Tel Aviv. At least in theory. Because how freely and self-determined someone can decide on a new place to live or even just to travel depends on many factors. One's own history, family and background play a major role, but money, health, relationships and education also influence how people move around the world.

WIE MOBIL SIND WIR?
Traveling with people is also nature. Whether from near or far, pathogens, plants and animal species travel with us. Whether it's planes or cars, bicycles or trains, transportation means and routes have consequences for other creatures and all ecosystems.
In the festival "Futurium bewegt!" perspectives on the mobility of people, of other living beings and of things are collected. Together, social imbalances will be considered and the view for future ideas will be opened. Everyone will be creative and utopian ... on the move!
