3-Course menu in Brauhaus Lemke am Alex

Not necessarily champagne or wine: Start with our 3-course menu with beer pairing into the last night of the year. Later, you can join the fray in Berlin-Mitte or stay with us in an easy-going atmosphere and toast to the new year - of course with beer!


Our menu (on request we also offer vegetarian alternatives) - Start time is flexible:

STARTER
Ragout fin of guinea fowl in glazed puff pastry

MAIN (choose one)
1. Tender ox cheeks braised in port wine sauce
with potatoes and baked vine tomatoes from the oven, and Brussels sprouts
or
2.Wild salmon à la Wellington ("salmon millefeuille")
with savoy cabbage in mustard-basil-sauce, garden herb salad and raspberry vinaigrette
or
3. Hash browns with rosmary and spicy porcini mushrooms and pine, finely browned in land butter

DESSERT
Home made waffle with sorbet from our "Himbeer Weisse" (Berliner Weisse beer with raspberries) and chocolate from the Berlin manufactory.

Menu price: 49,90 Euro per person incl. Aperitif and beer accompaniment (0,2 l) to each course.
