Information day

Every year, shortly before Easter, they reappear on wish lists: rabbits. Cute, supposedly easy to care for – and all too often an ill-considered gift.

Three weeks before Easter, on 14 March 2026, Forum Steglitz is therefore sending a clear message and inviting people to a free information day entitled ‘Rabbits – a question of attitude’.

The aim is to educate, correct false expectations and make it clear that rabbits are not spontaneous gifts, but demanding pets with many needs.

The focus of the action day is an exhibition with several information stands that provide clear and concise information on key topics related to rabbit care.

The event will be complemented by an information stand run by Burg Nagezahn and another by Aktion Tier.

The quiz will include questions such as:

*What must always be available to a rabbit?
or:
*What do rabbits dislike?

The aim of the day is to raise awareness of animal welfare.

The information day ‘Rabbits – a question of attitude’ will take place on 14 March 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Forum Steglitz. Participation is free of charge.
