ACCOMPANYING PERSONS GENERALLY HAVE FREE ENTRY!

You do not need to buy an extra ticket; entry B on your self-service pass is sufficient.

Accessibility information for visitors:

The main entrance has three steps. Wheelchair users can enter via the side entrance. The highest threshold there is around 3 cm and, in our experience, can be easily negotiated even by heavy electric wheelchairs. This entrance must be unlocked during events, which the staff at the door are happy to do. They ask for a little patience if the situation doesn’t allow for it at that moment, but as a rule you will be given priority.

Inside SO36 itself, there are two small thresholds at the fire doors, approximately 1 cm high.

Unfortunately, the door to the smoking area is quite narrow and difficult for a large electric wheelchair to pass through. There is little space to manoeuvre inside the room itself.

Wheelchair-accessible toilet:

There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet accessible with a Euro key – or a key available from the door staff.

Beanbags

There are two beanbags available on request. Please let us know if you’ll need one about a week in advance. Call 030/61401306 or email post@so36.de

Attending a concert with a raised platform:

If you’re attending a concert, you can also request a raised platform with a ramp. If at all possible, they’ll set this up in a spot with a good view. Please let the office know about a week in advance: by telephone on 030/61401306 or by email to post@so36.de
