21st International Organ Summer
For four years, biologists Claude Nuridsany and Marie Pérennou observed the insect world in a French meadow using a specially developed camera technique. Their film garnered international attention and won numerous awards, including the Grand Prix for Technical Achievement at Cannes in 1996 and four César Awards.
Christoph Schönfelder will improvise live on the large Sauer organ to accompany the film during a concert at Berlin Cathedral.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
The film will be shown on a screen in the chancel. Running time: approximately 90 minutes.
