This walking tour, in cooperation with the Youth History Workshop, invites you to see Spandau's Old Town from a different perspective.

Stolpersteine (stumbling stones) are laid for people who were persecuted during the Nazi regime. Each stone represents an individual fate of this injustice. Numerous Stolpersteine can also be found in Spandau's Old Town, each one eager to tell its story. How, for example, did Jewish children experience the persecution, and what became of those who survived?

On this walk through Spandau's Old Town, participants will explore together the lives and fates of the people persecuted, expelled, and murdered in Spandau, and how they are remembered today.

Meeting point: in front of the Gothic House (Stolpersteine for the Oehl family).
