The current program opens the door to innovative sacred music, exploring themes of doubt and divine fulfillment. Inspired by collaborative projects and concerts with artists such as Bobby McFerrin, the New York Voices, and Torun Eriksen, new choral arrangements have been created: a cappella and with mouth percussion.

With a farewell tour, the pioneer of jazz choirs concludes his 36-year tenure as Artistic Director and Conductor of the Freiburg Jazz Choir. Bertrand Gröger founded the Freiburg Jazz Choir in 1990, at a time when there were no comparable pop or jazz choirs. As a pioneer of today's vocal ensembles, he established a new genre. For over a third of a century, he shaped a successful era with the Freiburg Jazz Choir, based in Freiburg.
