Welcome and moderation: Petra Lölsberg
Hannah Höch – a queer love, a new era, a liberation. It's the 1920s when Til meets Hannah, and Hannah meets Til. A shared decade begins.
First in The Hague, then in Berlin, the artist and the writer spend their last great parties and moments of tender intimacy together. But from summer to summer, their life and work together increasingly prove challenging, strained by the political threat of National Socialism. With sensitivity and poetic skill, Miku Sophie Kühmel's "Hannah" paints a portrait of a love that must confront not only the abyss of its time.
