The tour covers key moments in German history. Starting with the Peaceful Revolution in the GDR, visitors are transported back to the revolutionary events of 1848.

FÜHRUNG „Roads not Taken. Oder: Es hätte auch anders kommen“
The exhibition not only presents the historical reality but also offers an alternative historical possibility for each date. These possibilities are illustrated by original objects in specially designed rooms. This emphasizes that history is an open process. The aim of the tour is to encourage dialogue on general themes related to the opening up of history. Questions are welcome.
