Works by Grieg, Mozart and Brahms
Michael Dinnebier (violin) and Angela-Charlott Linckelmann (piano) present a duo evening with works by Grieg, Mozart and Brahms – a multifaceted concert program for violin and piano.
Angela-Charlott Linckelmann
Born in Munich, pianist Angela-Charlott Linckelmann studied with Jürgen von Oppen, in Salzburg with Alfons Kontarsky, and in Basel with Rudolf Buchbinder.
In addition to her solo career, which encompasses performances of works from all eras up to the most recent, Angela-Charlott Linckelmann is passionate about chamber music in various ensembles. She has enjoyed a particularly intensive collaboration with violinist Michael Dinnebier since 2002.
Michael Dinnebier
Born in 1968 in the Allgäu region, Michael Dinnebier received his first violin lessons from his father at the age of five. He studied at the Munich and Freiburg Academies of Music with Kurt Guntner, Nicolas Chumachenco, and Hansheinz Schneeberger, as well as chamber music at the Basel Music Academy with Hatto Beyerle and Walter Levin.
In addition to his collaboration with Angela-Charlott Linckelmann, he has been violinist in the Ibert Trio and first violinist in the Bertold Quartet since 2008. Live broadcasts and recordings of chamber music concerts by SWR and Swiss Radio DRS, as well as CD productions for GENUIN, document his work as a chamber musician.
