In Ludwigsfelde, the freezing winter must, unfortunately, stay outside. The Kristall Wohlfühltherme, south of Berlin, combines thermal bathing, saunas and wellness facilities. Spanning around 14,000 square metres, the spa features thermal brine pools, 13 themed saunas, relaxation areas and a garden with outdoor pools. A special experience is the high-concentration natural healing brine pool, where you can let the salty water carry you along. Furthermore, the spacious sauna village places a strong emphasis on the healing effects of crystals.
What to expect
Four indoor and two outdoor pools offer thermal brine, sodium bicarbonate and fresh water at temperatures ranging from around 28 to 36 degrees Celsius. In the natural healing brine pool, the high salt content provides strong buoyancy and an almost weightless bathing experience.
The sauna complex includes 13 themed saunas, both indoors and outdoors, with temperatures ranging from around 60 to 100 degrees Celsius, as well as steam baths and a hammam. Regular infusions complement the wellness programme.
