Pastry chef Niko Robert studied in Michelin-starred kitchens and now creates his own inventive ice creams in Prenzlauer Berg. He says: "Our ice cream is something special and is not mass-produced ." There are unusual and high-quality ice cream flavours are on offer, such as vanilla studded with toffee honeycomb.
