The congress invites those interested in youth policy to explore together how urban participation of young people and young adults in Berlin can be shaped.

The program includes workshops on the housing crisis, young people's digital and analog appropriation practices, and methods of political education in urban spaces.
In addition, there will be a premiere of a film made by young participants in the project "Who Owns the City?" The issues addressed in the film will then be presented for political debate.
