Gallery tour and open studio
For the 17th time, it's time for a gallery tour and open studios! Schöneberger Art showcases how diverse, creative, and professional the independent art scene here is – with numerous exciting artists, works, and positions that invite you to discover and marvel.
This year, Schöneberger Art will once again open the doors of many studios, galleries, and creative spaces, inviting you to discover Schöneberg's vibrant art scene. As always, it takes place on the first weekend of November.
- Saturday, November 1, 2–8 p.m.
- Sunday, November 2, 12–6 p.m.
The Schöneberger Art tour area stretches from Nollendorfplatz to Südkreuz and from the Yorckstraße subway station to Bayerischer Platz.
Over 22 galleries and project spaces, as well as around 60 studios, will open their doors and provide insights into Schöneberg's vibrant art scene. New this year is the project space of the Association of Berlin Women Artists 1867 (VdBK) at the northern edge of the tour. The Haus am Kleistpark, with photo exhibitions by Loredana Nemes and Maria Sewcz, the Kulturhaus Schöneberg, and numerous studio communities on various streets are also participating in the program.
Using the map on the flyer, you can plan an inspiring walk through Schöneberg – featuring art from all genres, from painting and sculpture to photography, video, and installation.
Many artists personally welcome guests – often with coffee and cake – and offer opportunities for encounters and discussions about their works. Concerts, readings, and other events complement the diverse art experience.
