Save the Date: 20 Years

In 2026, the Radialsystem will turn 20, and that calls for a celebration—together with the public, artists, neighbors, companions, and everyone who is just now rediscovering the Radialsystem.

From September 9 to 12, 2026, Radialsystem will celebrate a long birthday weekend with concerts, performances, workshops, talks, installations, shared meals, and many moments of togetherness.

To kick things off, the Ensemble Klang from the Netherlands and the soloist ensemble Kaleidoskop will present the German premiere of Heiner Goebbels’ concert “Walden.”

Another musical highlight will be a performance by the multi-award-winning Andromeda Mega Express Orchestra, which was also founded 20 years ago.

Sasha Waltz & Guests will present a special version of the choreography “In C” featuring a musical special guest invited specifically for this occasion.

On the deck, a new exhibition by Xavier Le Roy will be on display, along with a diverse program throughout the building and across the grounds between the Spree, the terrace, and the meadow.

The event will conclude with a large open house featuring a picnic, family programming, and many activities for curious people of all ages. Throughout the building and on the grounds, musical performances, interactive games, discussion sessions, and workshops invite visitors to explore.

The full program will be published when advance ticket sales begin in June.
