A practical report on difficulties, mistakes, and successes
Speaker: Holger Farrak, Farrak & Schubert Restauratoren GbRStone restorers are regularly confronted with damage caused by salts. Because these weathering processes are highly complex, customized and practical conservation strategies must be developed time and again. These do not always lead to the desired success. Therefore, alongside successful measures, failures based on widespread misconceptions will be presented.
