Sound, Sight, Touch
May's theme is Sound, See, Touch and will feature three artists.
Quadrature
Quadrature uses technology as a means to read and write realities, using data as the primary artistic material. The Berlin-based artists use transdisciplinary media to create artworks that capture not only the intersection of art and science, but also the convergence of digital and analog. The two members of the group, Juliane Götz and Sebastian Neitsch, met 15 years ago at Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle.
Marnie Feuerriegel
Marnie Feuerriegel is an Australian artist who moved to Berlin in 2015 to pursue a career in the arts. She works primarily with oil paint and bold, vibrant colors. Marnie has a self-proclaimed love affair with nature and works hard to capture the wonderful, whimsical animals and plants of the natural world in her paintings. She hopes to inspire people to care more about the environment and make positive changes for the present and the future. As of 2022, Marnie has developed a keen interest in street art and graffiti culture and now also works as an alternative street art tour guide in Berlin. The ultimate dream is to someday take to the streets with paint herself.
