
At the end of September, foodies will once again have the opportunity to experience how the two cooking styles of Marion Klammer from Wanda and Nikodemus Berger from Bonvivant complement each other harmoniously and produce innovative dishes from plant-based cuisine.
On Sunday, 28 September 2025, Marion Klammer, who worked in the Michelin-starred kitchen of Horváth before opening her pop-up Wanda, and Bonvivant Michelin-starred chef Nikodemus Berger will launch their second pop-up.
For the dinner featuring vegan delicacies, both kitchens will contribute four dishes each, which do not use substitute products and focus on the diversity of natural, plant-based ingredients. For example, cauliflower with pineapple and truffles, triplets with yeast and chives, cucumber with elderberry and smoked almonds, roasted pumpkin with orange, Beba's feta and crunchy sage, braised pointed cabbage with cauliflower purée, citrus dressing and Piedmontese hazelnuts, or doughnuts with strawberries.
The à la carte dinner will take place on Sunday, 28 September 2025, from 6 p.m.
