Up to 4,000 sports enthusiasts will tackle the challenging and varied course around the Olympic Equestrian Stadium, the Maifeld, and the historic Offiziersbad.
Three different course formats
Runners can choose between three distances with a total of up to 31 obstacles:
3KM – Family Edition with 10 obstacles
The 3KM course is designed for children and families (ages 6–15) to tackle 10 varied obstacles together. It’s going to get wet, exciting, and really dirty—just the way it should be. At the finish line, all participants will receive a coveted finisher’s medal as a souvenir.
6KM – The Team Course with 21 Obstacles
21 obstacles spread over 6 kilometers demand, above all, team spirit. This course is ideal for companies, clubs, or groups of friends, because this course can only be successfully completed with mutual support. Especially popular for team events!
12KM – The ultimate challenge with 31 obstacles
The 12KM course is not for the faint of heart: 31 obstacles—including the dreaded “Mount Madness” and various grueling hanging obstacles—push even experienced athletes to their limits. Anyone who crosses the finish line here belongs to the absolute OCR elite.
At the finish line, runners will receive a finisher’s medal and the exclusive Legends bracelet.
