Vocal Works by Purcell, Strozzi, Berio, and Others

Magdalena Kožená, known for her diverse repertoire from Lully to Kurt Weill, will once again devote herself to an early musical passion in the Pierre Boulez Hall: Italian vocal works of the Renaissance and early Baroque, which she already explored intensively during her studies.

Together with lutenist Daniele Caminiti – who also contributes his own improvisations – she combines early music with her fascination for contemporary works, such as Luciano Berio's "Sequenza III" for solo voice.
