On October 4, 2025, the charismatic singer and songwriter Lia Andes will present her new single "Sasi Sasu" live at the Forum Factory Berlin. In addition to the new track, the audience can expect an exciting program featuring songs from her previous repertoire.

Lia Andes will be accompanied by her longtime musician friends: Zam Johnson (drums) and Carmelo Leotta (bass), who also wrote the string arrangements for "Sasi Sasu." Special guests include Uwe Matschke (piano), featuring comedic interludes from the fictional character PAULiA, and Svetlana Rogovtsova (violin).
About Lia Andes
The artist, who grew up in London, moved to Berlin at the age of 18, where she studied classical and jazz singing. As a jazz singer, she was discovered by legendary guitarist Rudy Stevenson (Duke Ellington Orchestra, Nina Simone), who produced several albums with her. With her Lia Andes Quartet, she won the Berlin Jazz and Blues Award in 2002.
Since then, Lia Andes has moved confidently between jazz, classical, musicals, and singer-songwriter. Engagements have included productions such as "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" (Berlin) and "Mozart" (Vienna). She has performed classical programs at the Berlin Philharmonic and the Admiralspalast, and has sung Mozart's Requiem in Rome, among other works.
