From 16 to 19 October 2025, Berlin's municipal galleries will once again be hosting their joint action days. Thirty-two galleries across the city will be presenting 37 exhibitions featuring around 150 artists.

The topics range from identity and society to explorations of the man-made environment – from underwater worlds to weeds – as well as the value of art in the context of current political debates.
In addition to five exhibition openings, visitors can expect discussions, readings, performances, concerts, and a diverse supporting program.
On the opening evening (October 16) at WABE, cultural professionals will discuss the role of municipal galleries. This will be preceded by an artistic performance, followed by concerts from the SOUNDS series featuring Mary Ocher, Angela Aux, and the LATURB trio.
A special offer is the TOURS on October 19: Bus, subway, or tram tours will take you through selected districts to four to five galleries. The event concludes with a get-together at Kunstraum Kreuzberg/Bethanien, where participants can exchange ideas.
The YOUNG workshop program is aimed at children, young people, families, and school classes. Under the guidance of artists, they can explore creative techniques such as cyanotype, camera obscura, plant printmaking, and frottage.
