Jute book party with zoraLit and Otto Ritter

Once a year, the "NaNe" Young Talent Network of the Berlin-Brandenburg Publishers and Booksellers Association celebrates its Jute Book Party. If you're currently training in a bookstore, have started working in publishing, or are simply interested in the book industry, this is the place to be!


The network offers the opportunity to meet and chat with like-minded people in a relaxed atmosphere.


Special guests will also be on board again this year:

Alyssa Fenner and Sabina Everts from the newly founded cooperative zoraLit, and Otto Ritter, bookseller and spokesperson for the future of the Publishers and Booksellers Association, will present themselves and their projects, ideas, and plans for the further development of the industry in a conversation with Fabian Thomas.


In addition to snacks and drinks, there will be the legendary book trade quiz afterward, where you and your team can win a whole bag full of "Jute Books."

Whether you're an apprentice, an intern, or a young professional: If you're just entering the book industry, the "NaNe" Young Talent Network is the right place for you. The network organizes exciting evening events, from print shop visits to audiobook publishing, and keeps an eye on what's happening in the industry.

The "NaNe" Young Talent Network is comprised of a volunteer team and is coordinated by Fabian Thomas at the Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Association of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association.

The Jute Book Party will take place on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Lettrétage in the Kunsthaus Acud, Veteranenstraße 21, 10119 Berlin. The event begins at 7:30 p.m.
