Guided tour - Open Monument Day
There are numerous traces of the division of Germany and elements of the former border fortifications on the grounds of the Berlin Wall Memorial.
The curator of the Berlin Wall Foundation's collection will guide you through the non-public outdoor depot, the "Lapidarium". She will explain how remains of the Wall from all over Berlin, original parts of the demolished Church of Reconciliation, a watchtower of the border troops and numerous other objects are preserved and researched.
