Harry's Freilach from Berlin plays Klezmer music. This music originated in Eastern Judaism and is influenced by Eastern European and Oriental harmonies and rhythms. The melodies are joyful and dance-like, melancholic and pensive or tragic and expressive, sometimes solemn, sometimes desert and wild, but always of a special intensity.
