To mark the 25th anniversary, C/O Berlin is presenting the exhibition Documentary in Flux, which offers a comprehensive insight into the C/O Berlin Talent Award. This young talent award has been awarded annually since 2006 to a tandem of art and theory.

Documentary in Flux
Using 14 selected artistic positions from a total of over 90 award winners, the exhibition shows how documentary work in photography has continuously developed over the past 25 years.
Four thematic chapters illuminate different facets of the documentary in artistic photography. They are dedicated to central aspects in order to trace the processes, developments and time-bound trends within this genre.
The exhibition not only looks at the recent past, but also dares to look ahead to possible future perspectives for documentary photography and its role in a constantly changing world.
