For free, open air and under palm trees: This summer again, the DURCHLÜFTEN festival transforms the Humboldt Forum’s large courtyard into a vibrant meeting point of sound, rhythm, and culture.

Die DJ Killa
Over four weekends, the stage will pulse with music from across the globe: from the raw energy of Mexican Cumbia-punk to the hypnotic groove of Kenyan Dodo Blues, from the electrifying syncopations of Congolese Soukous to the powerful messages of Afro-futuristic big bands. Caribbean-infused Japanese folk, soulful jazz, hip hop, and the joy and resilience of Frafra-gospel round off this celebration of sound— borderless, multi-perspective, and irresistably danceable!
DJ KILLA (Berlin)
KILLA is a French vinyl-only DJ whose sensitive ear for the more unconventional crossovers between groovy techno, high-brow electronica and the B-side oddities of dance music is helping her flesh out a sound uniquely her own. She has earned a reputation for the uncompromising musical integrity of her selections – frequently served with a dash of diva “je ne sais quoi”. KILLA’s sets are as diverse as the crates she digs in. She is a founding member and resident DJ of the queer-feminist Lecken collective and has co-organised local and international events with the Killasan sound system since 2014.
