Roll the film for the new HOLIDAY ON ICE show
Starting in November 2025, HOLIDAY ON ICE will embark on a major tour of Germany with its new show CINEMA OF DREAMS, thrilling audiences in 21 cities with 37 international figure skaters and a cinematic story about friendship, courage and big dreams – raise the curtain for a spectacular show on ice worthy of the silver screen.

With CINEMA OF DREAMS, HOLIDAY ON ICE is writing the next chapter in the world's most successful ice show. Inspired by big Hollywood blockbusters, the new show tells a thrilling story about friendship, imagination and the courage to dream.
Breathtaking figure skating, opulent backdrops and an emotional soundtrack merge to create an unforgettable live experience.
From 20 February to 8 March 2026, CINEMA OF DREAMS will thrill audiences at Berlin's Tempodrom with spectacular cinema on ice.
The spectacular show transports viewers into the world of film: the focus is on three friends who bring an abandoned cinema back to life and now produce their own films there.
CINEMA OF DREAMS tells of the magic of cinema as a place that tells dreams, of the balancing act between artistic success and personal connection.
Scene by scene, a multifaceted cinema world unfolds: the audience experiences various film genres live on ice instead of on the screen – from retro to glamour to dazzling science fiction.
The captivatingly staged story, with its movement, breathtaking backdrops and artistic costumes, feels like a blockbuster that surprises with the perfect mix of action, emotion and effects. And because it is the soundtrack that makes a film unforgettable, powerful beats and cinematic soundscapes also play a leading role in CINEMA OF DREAMS: pop and rock songs and soulful ballads carry the show and provide goose bump moments.
At the heart of the show is, of course, what has made HOLIDAY ON ICE unique for decades: figure skating at the highest level.
37 top international athletes bring technical precision, dance expressiveness and acrobatic excellence to the ice.
This season, performances by exclusive guest stars will once again add a special touch to selected cities.For CINEMA OF DREAMS, producer Peter O'Keeffe (CEO of HOLIDAY ON ICE) has brought together the international who's who of live entertainment. The top-class creative and production team, led by Kim Gavin (creative director for shows by Adele, Robbie Williams, among others), blends sport and show into an atmospheric Gesamtkunstwerk.
He is joined by choreographer Adam Blake (Frozen, 100 Years of Magic), costume designer Michael Sharp (Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie) and stage designer Misty Buckley (Emmy Award), among others.
With the new show, HOLIDAY ON ICE continues its tradition of combining innovative live events with top-class figure skating. It brings the magic of cinema to life with state-of-the-art stage technology and breathtaking choreography on ice.
