Since 1961, Winfried and Barbara Junge have been following the lives of children in a school class in Golzow in the Oderbruch region of Brandenburg. This long-term film document not only creates an impressive historical record, but is also considered one of the 100 most important films in film history and the largest long-term project in Europe.
