TheatreFragile-AREYOUREADY
With a ritual performance in a public square, TheatreFragile paves a way out of this contradictory position: with song, dance, physical theatre and mask play, 5 performers invite the audience to live through denial, anger, negotiation, grief and acceptance.
ARE YOU READY? is a joyful, hopeful act that takes the audience with it - from the experience of loss to a communal upswing. The voices of people who are committed to climate protection or talk about their inner conflicts are heard through vocal collages and songs. The choir sets itself in motion despite the silence. The masks evoke the archetypal figures of Gaia and women from all continents who fight tirelessly for change.

ARE YOU READY? is a play by Theatre Fragile, a theatre collective that has been performing in public spaces since 2007 - where discourse takes place and is close to the people. This work addresses topics that move society: flight and exile, life in old age, the home, climate change and forest dieback. They find a poetic, visual realisation that makes socially relevant discourses accessible to everyone.
