Der Diabetes Kongress der Deutschen Diabetes Gesellschaft (DDG) findet 2026 zum 60. Mal in Berlin statt und zählt mit rund 6.000 Teilnehmenden überwiegend aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum zu den bedeutenden Fachveranstaltungen im Bereich Diabetes. Der Kongress bietet einen umfassenden Überblick über aktuelle wissenschaftliche Entwicklungen sowie Perspektiven zu Ursachen, Entstehung, Prävention, Versorgung und Behandlung des Diabetes mellitus.
Over the course of three and a half days, experts from the fields of research, academia and professional practice will come together to exchange ideas, discuss the latest findings and further their professional development through symposia, workshops, poster presentations and open lectures. In addition, the event fosters dialogue with health policy decision-makers and industry representatives.
The 2026 Diabetes Congress will once again be held as a hybrid event, offering the option of attending in person in Berlin or participating online.
