A festive walk through the park with a visit to the ice cellar

The 14 hectare Biesdorf Palace Park, which together with Biesdorf Castle forms an ensemble of monuments, is one of the most beautiful public green spaces in the city with its design, its old trees and its history of use. Albert Brodersen, who later became Berlin's municipal garden director, designed the park in the style of an English landscape garden at the end of the 19th century on behalf of Wilhelm von Siemens. Since the construction of the manor house around 1868, it had a smaller predecessor of 4 ha. Its previously well-known designer Eduard Neide was only recently rediscovered.

The ice cellar in the Schlosspark, one of the few in Berlin, has also existed for 150 years.

It is open to tour participants.
