Grottensaal im Neuen Palais
. Its colorful walls and pillars are adorned with more than 23,000 minerals, gemstones, and fossils from around the world. This special tour focuses on the hall’s unique design and masterful wall decorations. Individual minerals and their eventful histories are presented in detail.
To experience the Grotto Hall as a total work of art, we will deviate from the usual guided tour route. Areas of the hall that are normally off-limits will be accessible.
