There is hardly any other place in the city where you can find such a wide selection of second-hand bikes, and it is precisely the large number of private sellers, as well as local and national dealers, that creates a marketplace that is unique in Berlin – test rides are, of course, available on site.

The Berlin Bike Market started in 2015 as a small backyard flea market for bikes in Kreuzberg. Now, in its 11th season, the market has developed into one of Berlin’s largest platforms for second-hand bicycles and will be held at four locations in 2025.
A dynamic team ensures service and safety; for example, free and independent buying advice is available on site. They put the bikes through their paces. Here, nobody buys a pig in a poke.
- Mechanical expertise is on hand, and minor repairs or adjustments can be carried out by mechanics right there on site.
- The Berlin Bike Market works in partnership with the Berlin Police to ensure stolen goods don’t stand a chance. The ADFC offers bike coding.
The Bike Market season runs from March to November.
