Däumelinchen in der Blüte geboren
Däumelinchen findet ihren Blütenprinz
Thumbelina, born inside a flower, meets the toad and his son, the cheerful fish, the dancing butterfly, the cockchafer and the helpful field mouse on her journey through the wide world. The wealthy mole wants to take her to his palace. However, he cannot share her longing for sunshine and flowers. No more light, birdsong or warmth? – The swallow carries her to the Land of Flowers, where a prince is waiting for her and she finds many new friends. –
A sensitive story full of poetry and with a social message. Young and old alike will experience the magic of a delicate fairy tale with wonderful imagery, evocative dialogue and witty song lyrics.
