From March 7 to April 18, 2026, Galerie Sara Lily Perez presents the solo exhibition "Figures in Motion and Places Remembered" by Filipp Jenikäe.

The exhibition focuses on paintings from 2025 in which Jenikäe explores urban spaces, sporting icons, architecture, and collectibles. His work reflects how contemporary visual culture influences our memory, identity, and emotional orientation.

On vividly composed, richly colored canvases, athletes in moments of performance merge with global cityscapes, swimming pools, and symbolic interiors. The works are not intended as documentary depictions, but rather as memories shaped by movement, media consumption, and personal experience.

By giving equal weight to spectacle and everyday life, Jenikäe combines sports, travel, and architecture into a unique visual language. His paintings function like emotional maps, where places and figures remain alive through memory, rather than being rigidly bound to time.
