“Mutuogenesis” is a living social sculpture, an exhibition and prototype of a new way of living, learning, producing, and community, centered on social and ecological justice.
The collaboration between artist and designer Jerszy Seymour and the international, young community of S27 – Art and Education takes place between the Neukölln co-lab “Lucky Garage” in the Falscher Fisch community center and the Museum of Decorative Arts.
Through this collaborative work, an immersive, multicolored, mutuogenic environment is created from recycled materials. This environment provides all the necessary functions for daily life and serves as a stage for a program of lectures, performances, and interventions by a diverse range of artists, designers, and activists.
- An exhibition of the Museum of Decorative Arts – National Museums in Berlin in cooperation with S27 – Art and Education, Association for the Promotion of Intercultural Youth Work.
