Panel Discussion

In the run-up to the Berlin House of Representatives elections on September 20, 2026, the Spandau Protestant Church District is hosting a panel discussion. The focus will be on “Affordable Housing in Spandau”—one of the most pressing social issues of our time.

In Heerstraße Nord, where the establishment of a social housing protection zone is currently under discussion, we will bring together various perspectives: politics, academia, tenant advocacy, and the housing industry. Together, we aim to analyze challenges and develop solutions to ensure affordable housing in Spandau in the long term.

Date: September 11 at 6:00 p.m.

Location: Ernst-Lange-Haus, Pillnitzer Weg 8, 13593 Berlin

Admission: free
