Musician and attorney Jan Degenhardt is one of the most prominent political singer-songwriters in the German-speaking world. His songs combine social issues with personal stories and are characterized by poetic, critical lyrics.

The concert evening will focus on songs from his 2023 album *Inshallah*, which won the German Record Critics’ Award.
Jan Degenhardt will be accompanied on piano by Christian Renz and on percussion by Pedro Maceo. The evening will be complemented by an exhibition featuring works by the painter and graphic artist Gertrude Degenhardt (1939–2025). The exhibition honors her poetic and distinctive life’s work and invites visitors to experience music and visual art together in a special atmosphere.
