Get Creative in the Garden | Public Workshop

Can you hear the clover crackling? “Blattwelten” is an encounter with the world of plants—not a botanical tour. On our route through the Botanical Garden, literature and ecological connections come to life

  • as we walk,
  • as we read literature aloud together,
  • in moments of quiet listening for subtle nuances,
  • during individual time spent with plants,
  • and through open discussion with the Walkshop group.

What story does plant diversity tell?

Plants do not live alone. Microorganisms, fungi, and other life forms are part of the ecosystem. Nature writing and philosophical texts bring us closer to understanding the first leaf, the bog, the meadow, or the forest. Let yourself be amazed, and ask with fresh eyes what a plant is. Join us, because plant diversity is in motion.

An event for anyone who loves to read and finds joy in nature and the art of mindfulness.

“In nature, everything must be viewed in the light of evolution.”—Gilles Clément, The Wisdom of the Gardener.
