Tree Nursery at the Kulturforum
Are trees art? What significance do plants hold? How were they viewed in the past by the Old Masters, and how do we view them today? And what do plants and trees actually need from people?

Workshop
Starting at the Kulturforum tree nursery, you’ll explore plants in the surrounding area and in art. You’ll visit the Gemäldegalerie and the Neue Nationalgalerie. Together, you’ll experiment with a variety of materials and techniques and find inspiration for your own creative green projects.

This summer program is part of the event series at the Baumschule Kulturforum, a project of the St. Matthäus Foundation in cooperation with the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation.
The project is funded by the Senate Department for Culture and Social Cooperation and the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
