First Fall Rehearsal Meet-and-Greet
The Cellibears Amateur Cello Ensemble invites all amateur cellists to join their first rehearsal of fall 2026 following their summer break!

This open rehearsal serves as an opportunity for anyone interested in joining the group to get to know one another. You’ll play a few new pieces sight-reading, enjoy some drinks and snacks together, and get to know each other.
The Cellibears rehearse every Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. (except during school breaks) and perform twice a year for audiences, friends, and family. On the first Monday of the month, they hold open rehearsals where they play new pieces sight-reading together, explore various themes, and invite amateur cellists who aren’t yet members to learn with them. Cellibears members can vote on the topics they’ll cover. The open rehearsals are included in the monthly membership fee of €20–40 for the Cellibears (reduced fees are available if needed), as is a discount on all other workshops offered by the Berlin Cello Academy.
The Cellibears are open to all adults, including young adults aged 16 and older.
Rehearsals are conducted in German and English.
